- The church/reception hall already comes with a coordinator included in the package. They'd take care of everything that you would‚ right?
- Answer:
- Not necessarily. Unfortunately many couples sell themselves short by assuming that the church hostess or banquet facilitator will take care of everything that needs to be done prior to and on your wedding day.
- Being "part of the package" usually means that church hostess will run the wedding rehearsal and wedding and‚ the caterer will make sure the food is served and the champagne flows. That does not mean that they will find hotel rooms for out of town guests‚ keep you on track throughout the planning process‚ monitor your budget or make sure any rental equipment is returned. They also may not be able to give you their undivided attention when it comes to your needs while planning your wedding.

Well‚ first we calmed her down‚ then gathered some information from her regarding the cake budget‚ style and number of servings. We then made some phone calls and‚ within and hour‚ called her back with a bakery that could fill her order. We definitely saved her the time‚ money and effort of having to find a cake herself.

- The truth is‚ our services can fit into most any budget. Often we can save you money by suggesting less expensive alternatives to something you have in mind.
