“MONTH OF/DAY OF” SERVICES – YOUR BEST INSURANCE FOR A FLAWLESS DAY

There are a lot of pieces to the wedding puzzle that need to fit perfectly for a flawless wedding day. There is nothing worse for the Bride and Groom – or wedding party – than trying to make sure everything is in place and going smoothly on the wedding day. This level of investment best serves the couple who has already secured their wedding professionals and has planned the main details of the wedding. Unlike others, we come on board months (not days) before your wedding. We bring all of the pieces of the wedding puzzle together and serve as the Wedding Day Directors allowing you to let go of all the details and truly enjoy your day.

This package includes the following:

  • We come on board at least two months before the wedding
  • Initial meeting with the client to review all vendor contracts, themes and logistics to date
  • Unlimited emails and phone calls during the two-month period
  • Option of adding Helping Hand service
  • Attend menu selection meeting with client and catering manager
  • Conduct walk-through meeting with client at ceremony and reception locations to determine layout and placement
  • Additional in-person meetings available
  • Create and provide room schematic/layout to catering manager
  • Review Banquet Event Order (BEO)
  • Contact all service providers to go over any changes to the contracts since they were first created, confirm times and quantities of items ordered then go over delivery and set up times and specifics, including providing them with directions and special assistance, if needed
  • Work with you to create a comfortable and creative timeline for the wedding day events
  • Distribute client-approved timeline to all service providers
  • Assist celebrant at the rehearsal and on the wedding day – especially helpful when using a new celebrant or one unfamiliar with the venue

On the wedding day:

  • Supply exclusive ELD Emergency Kit
  • Work with service providers to insure proper set up of ceremony and reception venues
  • Set up decor and special touches arrange escort cards, menu cards, toasting glasses, cake cutting set, favors, guest book, gifts, decor, etc
  • Work with musician/DJ/Band to go over sound checks and music cues for ceremony entrance, reception grand entrance, toasts, dances, cake cutting, garter toss, etc
  • On-site coordination and management of the wedding day
  • Hand out final payments and gratuities to vendors
  • Get the bridal party down the aisle
  • Make sure your ceremony runs smoothly throughout the day and handle any emergencies that arise
  • Deliver wedding gifts and accessories to desired secure location at the conclusion of the event
